About This Position

Sticks Media is searching for a Sales Account Executive for its newly acquired radio stations and digital assets across the country.

Boots on the ground preferred, but candidates with extensive and successful remote sales experience are encouraged to apply.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in broadcast or digital media sales who is comfortable generating sales leads with new clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones. This candidate will be able to understand a prospective client's needs and offer an ideal solution. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and have a positive track record of exceeding outlined goals.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target sales leads
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Set and exceed sales quotas
  • Prospect new clients and assess their needs
  • Budget and allocate resources to maximize results

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to set goals and achieve them
  • Strong communication skills and understanding of sales process
  • Experience in managing a book of business 
  • Experience in broadcast or digital media sales
